做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼(yú ),洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈皮(pí )泡软,拍(pāi )裂(liè )一(yī )小块姜,热锅,用姜块(kuài )在锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待(dài )油六成热下鱼,煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放(fàng )入(rù )煎煮好(hǎo )的(de )鲫鱼(yú )和其他材料,武火(huǒ )煮(zhǔ )沸,转(zhuǎn )中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下盐调(diào )味(wèi )即可(kě )品尝(cháng )。
