在这个时节(jiē )该如何(hé )调理养(yǎng )生(shēng )?宋曙霞认(rèn )为,在饮食上(shàng )可多(duō )吃有(yǒu )芬(fēn )芳(fāng )气味的蔬(shū )菜,如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜(suàn )、荠菜、香椿等,以疏(shū )肝柔肝。另外,俗(sú )语(yǔ )称(chēng )“春日(rì )吃(chī )春(chūn )芽(yá )”,也就是说(shuō )这个季(jì )节可(kě )吃鲜绿的嫩芽,比如豆芽、蒜(suàn )苗、豆(dòu )苗、莴(wō )苣等,禁(jìn )食或少食辛辣刺激食物,以免肝火(huǒ )上炎。
