在(zài )这个时节(jiē )该如何调理养(yǎng )生?宋曙霞认为,在饮(yǐn )食(shí )上可多(duō )吃(chī )有芬芳气味(wèi )的蔬菜,如韭菜、香菜、葱、蒜、荠菜、香椿等,以疏(shū )肝柔(róu )肝。另外,俗(sú )语(yǔ )称“春日吃春芽”,也就(jiù )是(shì )说这个季节(jiē )可吃鲜(xiān )绿(lǜ )的(de )嫩(nèn )芽,比如豆(dòu )芽(yá )、蒜苗、豆苗、莴(wō )苣等,禁食或(huò )少(shǎo )食(shí )辛(xīn )辣刺(cì )激食物,以(yǐ )免肝(gān )火上(shàng )炎。
